I'm excited to share two important announcements with you today!

Official Discord Server is Now Live

Our official Discord server is now up and running! You can join our community through the invite link. However, I must be completely honest with you - while I've had some private chat experience with a few friends before, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to managing a Discord server. I'm still figuring out permissions, channel management, and all those server settings. Basically, I just wanted to create a place where everyone can chat and hang out freely.

If you notice anything I've set up incorrectly, or if you know some cool features that could make our community experience better, please feel free to teach me! I'm the only one with admin privileges right now, so when I'm offline, the server is pretty much in a free-for-all state. I'll do my best to learn how to properly manage this community space (^^;)

Russian Localization Partnership Officially Launched

I'm thrilled to announce that Apocalypse 2059 now has Russian localization work underway (as shown in the second image)! This is thanks to the dedicated efforts of an experienced Russian localization expert, Debios (Dallr0g). Debios brings extensive expertise in localization work, handling everything from text and images to audio with a truly professional workflow.

After thorough communication with Debios, we've reached a mutually respectful collaboration model that values both of our work: the latest version's Russian localization will first be released on Debios's personal platform at Boosty.to/debios, available as paid content for the first two weeks before becoming free. Meanwhile, the previous version's Russian localization will be integrated into the next official release for free distribution. For example, the upcoming V0.3's Russian localization will debut on Debios's platform, while V0.25's Russian version will be integrated into the official V0.3 release.

To let everyone experience the Russian localization immediately, I've created a special V0.25 Russian edition. This version has identical content to the regular V0.25, with only the addition of Russian language support and a Discord entry on the main menu. Since this is just a special edition rather than an official update, I'm only providing the PC version for now - Mac and Android versions of this Russian-enabled V0.25 haven't been prepared yet.
